What happens if I cancel my annual plan?

You'll be refunded for the unused portion of your plan. We calculate the months you've used at the regular monthly price and refund the difference. For example, if you're on Pro annual ($492/year) and cancel after 4 months, we calculate 4 x $49 = $196 used, and refund you $296. No questions asked.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. You can switch to annual anytime and start saving immediately. If you want to switch from annual to monthly, your annual plan will be prorated and any remaining balance refunded.
